This page features digital art created from photos of turtles and tortoises. I've worked on variations of this sort of thing with other animal images such as cats, dogs and rodeo animals, and done the same thing with sports photos, portraits, architectural images, cars, boats, and all sorts of other photographs (whether digital in origin or starting with a standard photo print). I'm starting to play around with images of turtles, tortoises and other reptiles and will be posting art images to this page.

Many of the thumbnail images below may look similar in their smaller versions, but the larger versions seen by clicking on the thumbnails show fairly significant differences, even though at times the overall applied effect is somewhat subtle.
